• Accept bookings and manage appointments from customers

• Communicate with customers about their bookings

3. Prohibited use

You must not use ReserveSpot to:

• Offer, promote, or facilitate any illegal services or activities
• Publish content that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Collect or process personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR)
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the service without our written consent
• Process payments for goods or services not actually provided
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service

4. Content standards

All content you publish on your booking page (including business descriptions, service names, images, and disclaimers) must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable UK advertising standards and consumer protection regulations
• Not contain malware, phishing links, or other harmful code

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take action including:

• Issuing a warning
• Temporarily suspending your account
• Permanently terminating your account
• Reporting the matter to law enforcement if required
