Set Weekly Working Hours
Define your regular weekly schedule
Your weekly hours tell ReserveSpot when you're open for bookings. Set them once and they repeat every week — you can always override specific days later.
Open Availability Settings
Go to Settings → Availability. You'll see a grid with each day of the week.
Set Hours for Each Day
Click on a day to set your start and end times. Toggle days off entirely if you don't work that day.
Start Time
When your first slot begins
9:00 AM
End Time
When your last slot can start
5:00 PM
Tip — Your end time is when the last slot can start, not when it ends. If your last service is 60 min and ends at 6 PM, set end time to 5 PM.
Add Split Hours (Optional)
Need a lunch break? Add multiple time blocks per day. For example: 9:00–12:30 and 1:30–5:00.
Save Your Schedule
Click Save. Your weekly hours are now set and will repeat every week automatically.
Your weekly schedule is live. Customers will only see available slots within these hours.
