Create Your First Service
Learn how to add your first service with pricing, duration, and description
Services are the core of your booking page. Each service represents something your customers can book — whether it's a haircut, consultation, or class. This guide walks you through creating your first one.
Navigate to Services
From your dashboard, click on the "Services" tab in the navigation menu. You'll see a list of your services (currently empty if this is your first one).
Click "Add Service"
Look for the "Add Service" or "+ New Service" button at the top right of the services page. Click it to open the service creation form.
Tip — You can create unlimited services on all plans.
Fill in Basic Details
Start with the essentials:
Service Name
A clear, descriptive name
Classic Haircut
Description
Explain what's included and what to expect
Includes wash, cut, and style. Perfect for maintaining your look.
Duration
How long the service takes — this determines slot availability
45 minutes
Set Your Pricing
Configure how customers will pay:
Price
The full price customers will pay
£35.00
Deposit (Optional)
Require an upfront deposit to secure the booking
£10.00 or leave blank for full payment
Tip — Deposits help reduce no-shows. Consider requiring 25–50% upfront.
Add Images (Optional)
Upload a high-quality image to make your service more appealing. Services with images get significantly more bookings.

- ·Recommended size: 1200×800px
- ·Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
Save and Activate
Click "Save" to create your service. New services are active by default and visible on your booking page. You can toggle visibility later.
Your service is now live and customers can book it.
