Service Pricing & Duration
Set up pricing, deposits, and service duration
Getting pricing and duration right is key. This guide covers how to set prices, require deposits, and configure how long each service takes — so your calendar stays accurate and your cash flow stays healthy.
Set the Service Price
Each service has a base price that customers see on your booking page. Navigate to Services → select a service → Pricing.
Base Price
The total price for the service
£45.00
Display
Shown on your booking page next to the service name
"From £45" or "£45.00"
Configure Deposits
Deposits let you collect a portion of the payment upfront to secure the booking. The remainder is paid at the appointment.
Deposit Amount
Fixed amount or percentage of the service price
£10 deposit on a £45 service
Deposit Required
Toggle to make the deposit mandatory
On — customer must pay deposit to book
Tip — A £5–£15 deposit is usually enough to deter no-shows without putting customers off.
Set the Duration
Duration determines how long a service blocks out in your calendar. Be realistic — include time for the actual service.
Service Duration
How long the appointment lasts
60 minutes
Important — If you need cleanup or prep time between appointments, use the buffer setting instead of padding the duration.
Save and Review
Save your changes and preview your booking page to see how pricing appears to customers.
Your pricing and duration are set. Customers will see the price when browsing your services.
