Understanding Payment Flow
How payments work from booking to payout
Understanding how money flows through ReserveSpot helps you manage your finances with confidence. Here's the full picture from the moment a customer books to when funds hit your bank.
Customer Books and Pays
When a customer books a service, they pay via Stripe on your booking page. Depending on your settings, they pay either the full price or a deposit.
Payment is Processed
Stripe processes the payment securely. Funds are held in your Stripe account. You'll see the payment confirmed in your ReserveSpot dashboard.
Tip — Payments typically confirm within seconds. Occasionally, card verification can take a few minutes.
Payout to Your Bank
Stripe sends payouts to your linked bank account on a rolling basis (typically every 1–2 business days, depending on your Stripe settings and country).

ReserveSpot Fees
ReserveSpot charges a small 0.5% fee on online payments. Combined with your monthly subscription, that's it. Stripe's own processing fees also apply.
